Spicejet is getting professionals to click their fleet for them.I hope they let the copyright of those pics stay with the photographer.
I hoped they would accept all types of Aircraft in the contest.That would not seem to be partial. _________________ Think of the Brighter side !!! |

The terms and conditions do not mention anything about the rights. So, the rights will be with the photographer. _________________ My Flickr photos

Thats a good point about copy right. I hope they don't claim rights.
However I did check the contest page it doesn't talk about them owning rights. So I guess it belongs to the photographer himself.
